The IGNITE Leadership Academy is sponsored by the Foundation for Long Term Care (FLTC). The FLTC is a certified sponsor of professional continuing education with the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Long Term Care Administrators (NAB). This session has been approved for 10.75 CEU hours of continuing education credit for nursing home administrators under its sponsor agreement with NAB/NCERS. State licensure boards, however, have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses.

Hotel reservations should be made for the evenings of Sept. 21 and Sept. 22 unless you live locally. Sessions start early in the morning. Participants are expected to be in attendance for the duration of the two-day session, so plan travel accordingly. Your engagement in the process is essential for successful learning and development.

Hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes currently at 8.75% NYS Sales Tax and 5% Erie County Hotel Tax in effect at time of check-in. If your organization is tax exempt, be sure to bring the appropriate tax exempt certificate to provide to the hotel. The cut-off date for the special rate is Friday, August 29, 2014.
